Welcome to the Comm-Pro Associates, Inc. Product Maintenance and Support Information area.  The purpose of this web page is to enhance the support services we provide to our customers.  We have provided some resources here to help you resolve problems, report bugs, and suggest improvements to our products and services.

Reference list for active 'Open' problems (currently being analyzed, pending an action) pre APAR assignment.  Open problem reports related to work-in-progress customer provided enhancements (CustomUserMods) are also located in this section.  Problem entries have the same basic structure as APAR memo's for potential implementation as standard APAR memos.

Problem Summary History 
Reference list for 'Closed' problems (problems that were closed and replaced with official APAR's),  'Closed, Deferred' problems (lower priority problem entries for older active HNAS VnRnMn releases that reflect correction in a newer release, i.e. problem or issue discovered in 230, corrected in 240) and 'Retired' problem log entries.  This History section link is provided for historical purposes and is not intended to assist customers in their identification of problems for troubleshooting and (find or search) fault isolation.
